We only rent to responsible adults aged 25 and older. Adults may not rent properties on behalf of minor guests and are subject to approval. Any form of partying, noise, and music is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours outdoors after 10:00 PM. All properties are entirely non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Check-in at 5:00 PM - Check-out at 11:00 AM. Deposit or full payment and signed rental agreement must be received within two days of booking. A 25% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking, and the remaining balance (or full payment) must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date. For properties with 3 bedrooms or fewer, a pre-authorization of $750 will be placed on your credit card within 7 days prior to your arrival as a security deposit. The pre-authorization amount will be released within 3 to 5 business days following your departure if the rental agreement has been adhered to. Cancellation - Please refer to the cancellation fees applied to your reservation, as outlined in the rental policies."
