Reservation policy

• Payment of 25% of the total amount  is requested when booking. The balance must be paid 30 days before your stay

• A security deposit between $500 and $1000 is requested 7 days before the start of the stay, refundable 2 days after the stay

• The sum of 19% represents the GST, the QST and the tax on accommodation

• Cleaning fees are extra

• Stays are a minimum of 2 nights

• Arrival time 5:00 p.m. | Departure time 10:00 a.m.

• Limit of 6 adults per dwelling. Adult renters must be at least 25 years old

• The number of people mentioned in the contract must at all times be respected, under penalty of expulsion and fines. The municipality has very strict rules on this.

• It is not possible to pass 3 cars in the parking lot

• It is forbidden to cause nuisance by noise under penalty of expulsion and fines. The curfew is between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Outside music is prohibited at all times.

• To ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood, a security guard makes random rounds from afar without disturbing your tranquility. Also, exterior cameras are installed pointing towards the parking lot for security purposes.

• Pets are not accepted 

• Base rate for 4 people. $50 +txs per additional adult per night.

• It is possible to cancel a stay free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival. No refund within 30 days of the arrival date. ​
